Kim was attentive and she was quick with communication. She was very sweet and kind. She tried so hard with negotiating the property. Very personable. She was on the ball dealing with inspections. She helped with all aspects of the buying process. I highly recommend her to others.

Buying the house was somewhat difficult, mostly due to delays in finding fire insurance. Kim skillfully guided me through the process, was extremely responsive (replying to texts or phone calls mostly within seconds), was resourceful and diligent in dealing with problems (such as finding fire insurance). I don’t know how any agent could have done more.
